Aquarius‘ Native American animal totem is Otter

Like their totem, otter people are playful, appealing and loved by all. They make interesting companions and good friends and are very flexible and able to adapt to any situation they may find themselves in.

The silver color of the Otter people is thought to impart magical qualities. Like the silver cord that connects the soul to the body, otter people are believed to have the ability to allow pure spiritual power to flow through them. They are highly intuitive, visionary souls, always looking beyond the obvious to see what the world might be if we could but awaken to our higher natures.

Because they are members of the Butterfly clan, governed by the air element, Otter folks can sometimes be dreamy and flighty. One of their goals must be to anchor their dreams with practicality so they can allow the wonderful things they imagine come into reality.
